Accessibility statement
Last updated: 18 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use encorly.com: to read about Setlist Organiser, join the beta, read our terms and buy. This statement covers this website. It does not cover the Setlist Organiser app itself, or the Lemon Squeezy checkout.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is the level asked for by the European Accessibility Act (through EN 301 549) and generally used for websites in the UK and the US.
How well the site meets it
We believe the site partly meets WCAG 2.2 AA. We have checked it ourselves against the guidelines. It has not yet been tested by an outside expert or by a group of people who use assistive technology.
What you can expect:
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring and a "Skip to content" link at the top.
- Text and controls meet the AA contrast ratios.
- Every page has one main heading, a page title and labelled navigation, and the site's language is set.
- Images have text alternatives, and decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
- Every looping demo video has a Pause button. The videos have no sound. If your device is set to reduce motion, they do not start by themselves.
- The sign-up form has visible labels, says which fields are optional, and explains errors in words.
- Pages are built to reflow to a narrow screen and to be zoomed to 200% without losing content.
Known limitations
- Checkout. The Buy buttons open Lemon Squeezy's checkout. We do not control its accessibility. If you cannot complete it, email us and we will help you buy another way.
- Demo videos. The videos show the app in use and have no speech. Each one has a short text description for screen readers, and the text beside it describes the same feature, but there is no separate audio description.
- Tables. On a small screen, the wider comparison tables scroll sideways inside their box.
- Not yet tested with every screen reader. We have not yet run a full test with VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS. If something does not work for you, please tell us.
Tell us about a problem, or ask for another format
If you find something on this site hard to use, or you need any page, including our terms, licence agreement or privacy policy, in another format (for example plain text, large print or a document your screen reader handles better), email support@encorly.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
If you are not happy with our reply
In the UK, the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) can advise you: https://www.equalityadvisoryservice.com. In the European Union, you can contact the authority in your country that enforces the European Accessibility Act.
About this statement
This statement was prepared on 18 October 2026 from our own review of the site against WCAG 2.2 AA. We will review it whenever the site changes significantly, and at least once a year.
