The terms, in plain English

• What you buy

  A perpetual licence to use Setlist Organiser on macOS, including twelve months of feature updates from the date of purchase.

• Two machines

  A single licence activates on up to two machines: your main rig and your backup. Replacing a machine? Email support@encorly.com and the activation will be moved.

• Activation

  Activation is the only step that requires an internet connection. After activation the app runs offline for an extended grace period. No licence check will prevent the application from launching on a show day.

• After the update year

  The application continues to work permanently on the last version you were entitled to. Renewal at $79–$99 a year restores access to new feature releases. If you do not renew, nothing is disabled and nothing is removed. Prices in US dollars. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

• Bug fixes

  Fixes to a version you own are free, always, and are not gated behind a renewal.

• The trial

  The trial is the complete application with no expiry date and no card required. Each session runs twenty minutes, then playback, timecode and networking stop; relaunch for another. No feature is withheld.
